What is a Trusted Contact for?
We may contact your Trusted Contact in situations such as:
Suspicion of fraudulent activity in your account.
Verification of your contact information.
Confirmation of your health status or the identity of a legal representative (guardian, executor, attorney-in-fact, etc.).
Who can be my Trusted Contact?
A close family member.
An attorney, accountant, or another trusted adult.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Should be someone who respects your privacy and can handle the responsibility.
Remember, a Trusted Contact is not a beneficiary and doesn’t have any rights over your account.

To add a Trusted Contact, you must contact our support team via [email protected] or app.hapi.trade/help and provide the necessary information.
You can update or remove your Trusted Contact at any time by contacting support again.
