Which receipt do I need to verify the source of my SafetyPay funds?

The 4 details your bank receipt must show and where to find them, depending on your bank.

When you request a withdrawal, we may ask you to verify the source of the funds you deposited through SafetyPay. To speed up the review, share a receipt from your bank that clearly shows these 4 details:

  1. Your full name, as the holder of the originating bank account.

  2. The exact date of the transaction.

  3. The amount debited.

  4. The transaction code or reference (SafetyPay, PagoSeguro / PagoEfectivo or similar).

In the examples below, each number shows where to find that detail, depending on your bank. Bank documents are in Spanish, so field names are shown as they appear on them.
