Campaign Period
The “Hapi Friday” campaign will be valid only on Friday, January 15, 2026, from 12:00 a.m. (PET / UTC-5) until 7:00 p.m. (PET / UTC-5).
Any participation outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for the giveaway.
The winner will be announced on the same day at 8:00 p.m. (PET / UTC-5) through the official Instagram stories on the @hapi.app account.
1. Participation Mechanics
The campaign is open to Hapi users of legal age, with an active and eligible account, subject to the limitations described in these Terms and Conditions.
To participate, the user (the “Participant”) must complete all of the following steps during the campaign period:
Log into the Hapi app and copy their Hapi Code, which will be available only on the campaign day via an in-app message.
Access the official “Hapi Friday” campaign post published on Hapi’s official social media channels.
Share that post on their Instagram Stories, keeping their account public on the day of the giveaway.
Comment on the official post with their Hapi Code.
Each Participant may register only one (1) entry during the campaign.
2. Benefits and Rewards
Among all Participants who correctly complete the participation mechanics, a random draw will be conducted to award the following benefit:
USD $50 (fifty U.S. dollars) as one (1) single prize, credited to the winner’s Hapi account.
Nature of the prize
The prize does not constitute cash delivered directly to the winner.
The amount will be credited within up to three (3) business days as buying power in the winner’s Hapi account.
The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Use of the credit is subject to the terms, conditions, and operational restrictions of the Participant’s Hapi account.
3. Restrictions
No purchase or investment is required to participate.
Only entries that fully comply with all participation steps will be considered valid.
To validate participation, the Participant’s Instagram account must remain public on the day of the giveaway.
The following will not be considered valid:
Duplicate entries.
Incomplete comments or incorrect codes.
Fake, automated, or accounts created with unverifiable information.
Employees, affiliates, influencers, contractors, and commercial partners of Hapi are not eligible to participate.
Hapi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed fraudulent or abusive.
4. Use of Name and Public Image
By participating in the campaign, the Participant authorizes Hapi to use their username, profile photo, and participation status for purposes of communicating the giveaway and sharing results through Hapi’s official channels.
Under no circumstances will financial information, sensitive personal data, or contact information be shared.
5. Legal and Compliance Matters
This campaign does not constitute an offer, recommendation, or investment advice.
The campaign does not promote or encourage the purchase of securities.
Participation is subject to Hapi’s Privacy Policy, Client Agreement, and other applicable legal documents.
Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for operational, regulatory, or force majeure reasons.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hapi operates.
For any dispute, the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
7. Acceptance
Participation in the campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Additional Disclosures
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Participation is void where prohibited by law and may be limited based on the Participant’s country of residence and account status.
Any promotional credit granted is non-transferable, non-withdrawable as cash, and subject to Hapi account terms and conditions.
