Campaign Period
The "Hapi Weekend" campaign will run from Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM (PET / UTC-5) through Monday, May 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PET / UTC-5).
Any participation submitted outside this period will not be eligible for the drawing.
The winner will be announced on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM (PET / UTC-5) via the official Instagram stories on the @hapi.app account.
1. How to Participate
This campaign is open to Hapi users who are of legal age, have an active and eligible account, and are subject to the limitations described in these Terms and Conditions.
To participate, the user (the "Participant") must complete all of the following steps during the campaign period:
Open the Hapi app and copy their referral link available in the app.
Access the official "Hapi Weekend" campaign post published on Hapi's official social media channels.
Comment their referral link on the official post.
Refer at least one (1) new person to Hapi using that referral code during the campaign period.
For purposes of this campaign, a valid referral is a new user who:
Registers correctly using the Participant's code; and
Meets the conditions established in Hapi's current Referral Program.
Each Participant may register one (1) entry during the campaign.
No purchase or investment is required to participate in this campaign.
2. Benefits and Rewards
Among all eligible Participants who correctly complete the official mechanics, a random drawing will be held to award the following benefit:
One (1) promotional prize equivalent to USD $50 credited to the winner's Hapi account.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible participants.
Additionally, some users may receive rewards under Hapi's current Referral Program, which may range from USD $1 to USD $500, in USD or crypto assets, depending on country of residence, eligibility, and program availability.
Referral Program rewards are subject to independent terms and conditions.
Nature of the Prize
The prize consists of a promotional credit applied to the winner's Hapi account.
The prize does not constitute cash delivered directly to the user.
The credit may be reflected within up to three (3) business days after the winner is validated.
The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits, and is subject to the operational and regulatory conditions applicable to the user's Hapi account.
Hapi may substitute the benefit for an equivalent one of equal promotional value if required for operational or regulatory reasons.
3. Restrictions
Only entries that complete all steps of the official mechanics will be valid.
No purchase or investment is required to participate in this campaign.

To validate participation, the Participant's Instagram account must remain public throughout the campaign period.
Participation is limited to one account per person.
The following will not be valid:
Duplicate entries.
Incomplete comments or comments with incorrect codes.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or unverifiable referrals.
Fake, automated, or manipulated accounts.
Entries that violate Hapi's internal policies or regulatory requirements.
Employees, affiliates, influencers, contractors, commercial partners, and anyone directly involved in the organization of the campaign are not eligible to participate.
Hapi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed fraudulent or abusive.
4. Use of Public Name and Image
By participating in the campaign, the Participant authorizes Hapi to use their public social media username, public profile picture, and participation status solely for purposes related to the communication and announcement of this campaign's results on Hapi's official channels.
Under no circumstances will financial information, sensitive personal data, or contact information be shared.
5. Legal and Compliance Matters
This campaign is promotional in nature and does not constitute a recommendation, advice, or solicitation to buy or sell securities or digital assets.
The campaign does not require any investment or securities transactions to participate or win.
Hapi does not guarantee gains, returns, or financial results.
Participation is subject to Hapi's Customer Agreement, Referral Program, Privacy Policies, and other applicable legal documents.
Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for operational, regulatory, technical, or force majeure reasons.

6. Applicable Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Hapi operates.
For any dispute, the user agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the corresponding courts.
7. Acceptance
Participation in the campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Additional Disclosures
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram.
Campaign availability may vary depending on the user's country of residence, eligibility, and account status.
Any promotional credit granted is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hapi account.
Referral Program rewards may vary depending on country of residence, eligibility, and program availability.
Hapi may request additional identity or eligibility verifications before crediting any promotional benefit.
