Marketing Messaging Consent

1. Overview

This document outlines how Hapi Corp. and its affiliates ("Hapi", "we", "us", or "our") communicate with users and prospective customers for informational, transactional, support, and marketing purposes. By accepting this agreement and using Hapi services, you acknowledge and consent to the communications described below, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Customer Agreement.

2. Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

By signing up for and using Hapi’s services, you expressly agree that we and our authorized service providers may contact you through the following channels:

  • Phone calls (including automated calls and texts)

  • Push notifications

  • In-app messages

  • Postal mail

These communications may include:

  • Phone/SMS: By notifying Hapi in written form or in writing at [email protected].

  • Postal Mail: By contacting customer support to update your communication preferences.

Please note that opting out of promotional communications does not affect your ability to receive essential service-related communications (e.g., confirmations, legal disclosures, account updates).
