Terms and Conditions – 0% Deposit Fee Campaign Mexico

The promotion consists of the reimbursement of the deposit fee up to a maximum of $5 USD on deposits made in Hapi on September 16, 2025.

Applicable to all Hapi users in Mexico, as long as the deposit is at least $25 USD.

Date: September 16, 2025.

Schedule: from the opening of the US market (9:30 a.m. New York time) until its closing (4:00 p.m. New York time).

Deposits outside this period are not eligible for the promotion.

Valid for any deposit made by users registered in Mexico.

Minimum deposit amount: $25 USD.

Maximum coverage: up to $5 USD of deposit fee reimbursed.

Valid methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfers, or other methods available in the application.

The benefit applies only to deposits confirmed within the validity period.

The reimbursement will be credited to the user’s account within a maximum of 72 business hours after the deposit is confirmed.

The promotion is personal and non-transferable.

The creation of multiple accounts to obtain duplicate benefits is not allowed.

Verify that the deposit meets the established criteria.

Cancel or suspend the benefit in case of fraud, non-compliance with the T&C, or violation of usage policies.

All participants must successfully complete the identity verification (KYC) process.

The promotion is subject to Hapi’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud Prevention policies.

Any suspicious activity will be reported to the competent authorities.

Technical failures beyond its control.

Delays in the confirmation of deposits by external financial institutions.

Processing errors attributable to third parties.

The promotion is valid once per user.

Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
