1) Purpose of the Campaign
Hapi Securities, LLC (“Hapi”) will conduct a promotional campaign titled “24 Hours – Deposit Commission Cashback,” directed exclusively to invited users.
The campaign consists of granting a promotional reimbursement (“cashback”) equivalent to the deposit commission effectively charged directly by Hapi on an eligible deposit made during the promotion period, up to a maximum of USD $5 (five U.S. dollars).
The cashback is exclusively a promotional benefit. It does not modify or replace Hapi’s regular commission structure, does not constitute interest, yield, profitability, or return on investment, and does not constitute an investment recommendation.
The promotion does not require the purchase or sale of securities to participate.
The benefit is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
The promotion does not constitute a public offering to individuals who have not received an express invitation.
2) Promotion Period
The campaign will be valid only for 24 hours from the moment the user receives the official invitation sent by Hapi, according to the timestamp recorded in Hapi’s internal systems (“Promotional Period”).
Deposits made outside the Promotional Period will not qualify for the benefit.
3) Scope, Eligibility, and Participant Selection
The campaign is directed exclusively to users who meet all of the following conditions:
Have a registered and active Hapi account.
Have received an official invitation communication from Hapi through an official channel (email, in-app notification, or other enabled channel).
Meet the internal segmentation criteria defined by Hapi.
Eligibility will be determined based on Hapi’s internal records and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Users who have not received a direct invitation will not be considered participants.
The promotion is valid only in jurisdictions where Hapi operates and is void where prohibited by law.
4) Qualification Criteria
To access the benefit, the user must complete at least one (1) eligible deposit within the Promotional Period.
A deposit will be considered “completed” if the deposit request is properly submitted in the application within the Promotional Period, according to Hapi’s recorded timestamp.
The deposit does not need to be fully confirmed within the Promotional Period. However, it must settle successfully within the standard operational timeframes of the selected deposit method to be considered eligible.
All deposits are subject to subsequent validation, including KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and operational checks.
If the deposit is reversed, canceled, rejected, subject to chargeback, or fails internal controls, the benefit will not apply or may be reversed.
5) Minimum Deposit Amount
The eligible deposit must be for a minimum amount of USD $20 (twenty U.S. dollars) or its equivalent in local currency based on the exchange rate determined by the payment provider or applicable conversion mechanism at the time of processing.
6) Valid Methods and Exclusions
Valid methods include local transfers enabled in the application according to the user’s country and Airtm, if enabled.
Excluded methods:
Credit or debit card deposits
International wire transfers
Cryptocurrency or digital asset deposits
Third-party deposits
Deposits where the information does not match the Hapi account holder
Reversed, canceled, or chargeback deposits
Any method not expressly enabled within the application
7) Benefit Conditions
Hapi will reimburse the deposit commission effectively charged directly by Hapi on the eligible deposit, up to a maximum of USD $5.
The benefit does not cover fees or charges applied by third parties, including banks, financial intermediaries, payment providers, or foreign exchange spreads.
The benefit is:
One-time (applies to only one eligible deposit per user during the Promotional Period)
Personal and non-transferable
Not combinable with other promotions
Hapi may exclude users who create multiple accounts, split deposits to maximize the benefit, or engage in conduct that, at Hapi’s reasonable discretion, constitutes abuse of the promotion.
8) Cashback Credit and Nature
The cashback will be credited to the user’s account in USD within a maximum period of five (5) business days following successful validation of the deposit. The cashback does not accrue interest.
Nature of the cashback: The cashback will be credited as USD balance in the user’s account. The credited balance may be used or withdrawn in accordance with the general account policies in effect at the time of credit.
Hapi may reverse the benefit if the eligible deposit is withdrawn, reversed, or reduced within thirty (30) days after it is credited, or if unusual activity, inconsistencies in the information provided, or reasonable indications of abuse or fraud are detected.
The benefit may be reversed if the deposit is subsequently canceled, reversed, or subject to chargeback.
The benefit may be considered taxable income depending on applicable legislation. Hapi does not provide tax advice, and each user is responsible for determining their own tax obligations.
9) Regulatory Compliance and Communications
Communications related to this campaign are promotional and informational in nature.
They do not constitute an investment recommendation, do not guarantee results, and do not imply that investing is appropriate for all users.
The promotion does not constitute an offer of securities or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.
The promotion does not affect suitability assessments and does not constitute personalized financial advice.
Participation is subject to compliance with Hapi’s identification, verification, KYC, AML, and anti-fraud procedures.
Hapi may suspend or cancel the benefit upon reasonable indications of fraud, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or violation of applicable internal policies.
10) Limitation of Liability
Hapi shall not be responsible for technical failures, delays attributable to third parties, interruptions in payment providers, variations in processing times, or force majeure events affecting the availability of deposit methods during the Promotional Period.
11) Modifications or Cancellation
Hapi may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for operational, regulatory, security, compliance, or force majeure reasons.
Modifications will not affect benefits that have already validly qualified under these Terms and Conditions.
12) Data Privacy
The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Hapi’s current Privacy Policy.
13) Tax Matters
Any tax consequences arising from the benefit will be the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with the legislation applicable in their jurisdiction.
14) Jurisdiction and Acceptance
Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Hapi’s applicable general policies.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdictions where the promotion is valid and by applicable federal regulations.
