Terms and Conditions – Cashback for Deposit Reminders (Goals 2026)

1) Campaign Objective

This campaign aims to encourage deposits by users who have configured a deposit reminder through the Goals 2026 form.

The campaign will grant eligible users a 100% cashback of the deposit fee charged by Hapi on one (1) eligible deposit, with a maximum cap of USD $10 per user.

The eligible deposit must be for a minimum amount of USD $25 (or its equivalent in local currency at the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation/settlement). The benefit applies only to valid deposits made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2) Validity Period (UTC)

The campaign will be valid on the day the user receives the deposit reminder notification, from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC) of that same day.

Only deposits initiated and confirmed within this time window, and made on the same day the user receives the deposit reminder configured through the Goals 2026 form, will qualify.

3) Scope, Invitation, and Eligibility

Eligible users:
All users who have received the deposit reminder and who meet the registration and validation requirements at the time the deposit is made will be eligible.

Reminder configuration:
This campaign applies exclusively to users who have configured a deposit date through the Goals 2026 form and receive the corresponding reminder through official Hapi channels.

Official channels:
Participation is valid only if the user receives the reminder via in-app notification, push notification, or email sent by Hapi, and completes the deposit after receiving such communication.

Eligible countries:
The campaign applies only in countries where Hapi has enabled and communicated it. Void where prohibited by law.

Verification:
Eligibility will be determined based on Hapi’s internal records, including, without limitation, reminder configuration, notification delivery records, and deposit confirmation.

KYC / AML:
Users must have completed the KYC process and are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and applicable anti-fraud controls.

Active account:
Users must maintain an active Hapi account at the time the deposit is made.

4) Benefit Conditions

Cashback scope:
The cashback covers 100% of the deposit fee charged by Hapi on one (1) eligible deposit, up to a maximum of USD $10.
The benefit does not include third-party fees, charges, or costs, including but not limited to banks, payment networks, SWIFT, issuers, or third-party foreign exchange spreads.

Minimum deposit:
The eligible deposit must be at least USD $25 or its equivalent in local currency, calculated at the applicable exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

Benefit limit:
The benefit is granted once per user, is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions, campaigns, or active benefits.

Confirmation:
The deposit must appear as “confirmed” or “completed” in Hapi’s systems and/or those of the corresponding payment provider for the benefit to apply.

5) Eligible Methods and Exclusions

Eligible methods:
Only fiat deposit methods enabled in the Hapi app, such as local transfers or integrated providers available by country.

Express exclusions:
The following do not qualify for the benefit:

  • Cryptocurrency deposits (crypto-in);

  • International transfers;

  • Credit or debit card deposits;

  • Deposits made by third parties or with information that does not match the account holder;

  • Reversals, chargebacks, cancellations, or unconfirmed deposits.

Deposits made using excluded methods will not generate the benefit, even if a reminder has been configured.

6) Cashback Credit

The cashback will be credited to the user’s account in USD within a maximum of five (5) business days from the confirmation/settlement of the eligible deposit.
The cashback does not accrue interest and may be subject to applicable tax obligations depending on the user’s jurisdiction.

7) Regulatory Compliance and Communications

All campaign-related communications must be clear, fair, and not misleading, and do not constitute an investment recommendation or a guarantee of results.
Participation is subject to KYC, AML, and anti-fraud controls. Hapi reserves the right to suspend or cancel the benefit in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance.

8) Limitation of Liability

Hapi shall not be liable for technical failures beyond its control, delays in confirmation by financial institutions, or errors attributable to third parties, nor for the continuous availability of deposit methods during the campaign period.

9) Modifications, Suspension, and Cancellation

Hapi may modify, suspend, or cancel this campaign, in whole or in part, at any time, in order to protect the integrity of the program, due to force majeure, or in response to regulatory requirements.

10) Affiliation and Risk Disclosure

Hapi Securities, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC, provides brokerage services for stocks and ETFs.
Cryptocurrency services are offered on the Hapi Platform through Hapi Crypto, LLC (“Hapi Crypto”) and Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC (“Bakkt”). Bakkt provides transaction and custody services. Cryptocurrencies are not securities and are not insured by the FDIC or SIPC. Bakkt is not a registered broker-dealer nor a member of FINRA.

11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where the campaign is enabled. For any dispute, the user agrees to submit to the competent courts. Void where prohibited.

12) Acceptance

Participation in this campaign constitutes the full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Hapi’s general policies.
