1) Campaign Purpose
Hapi Securities, LLC (“Hapi”) will run a promotional campaign titled “24 Hours – Direct Deposit Incentive,” directed exclusively to invited users.
The campaign consists of granting a fixed promotional credit of USD $3 (three U.S. dollars) to users who make an eligible deposit during the promotion period.
The incentive is an exclusively promotional benefit. It does not modify Hapi’s regular fee structure, does not constitute interest, yield, profitability, or return on investment, does not imply an investment recommendation, and is not conditioned on executing any securities buy or sell transactions.
The benefit is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
2) Promotion Period
The campaign will be valid only for 24 hours from the moment the user receives the official invitation sent by Hapi, according to the timestamp recorded in Hapi’s internal systems (“Promotional Period”).
Deposits made outside the Promotional Period will not qualify for the benefit.
3) Scope, Eligibility, and Selection
The campaign is directed exclusively to users who:
Have a registered and active Hapi account.
Have received a direct invitation through an enabled official channel.
Meet the internal segmentation criteria defined by Hapi.
Eligibility will be determined exclusively based on Hapi’s internal records. The promotion is valid only in jurisdictions where Hapi operates and is void where prohibited by law.
4) Qualification Criteria
To access the incentive, the user must make at least one (1) eligible deposit for a minimum amount of USD $30 within the Promotional Period.
A deposit will be considered “made” if the deposit request is correctly completed in the app within the Promotional Period, according to Hapi’s recorded timestamp.
The deposit must:
Settle successfully.
Pass Hapi’s internal KYC, AML, and anti-fraud controls.
If the deposit is reversed, canceled, or subject to chargeback, the incentive will not apply or may be reversed. The promotional credit will not be considered part of the eligible deposit amount nor will it constitute a user deposit for any contractual or regulatory purpose.
5) Valid Methods and Exclusions
Valid methods include local transfers enabled in the app, international transfers, and Airtm, if enabled.
Excluded: card deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, deposits made by third parties, or deposits whose information does not match the Hapi account holder.
6) Benefit Conditions
Hapi will grant a fixed promotional credit of USD $3 per user.
The benefit is one-time, personal, and non-transferable, applicable to one (1) eligible deposit per user during the Promotional Period, and not combinable with other promotions.
The promotional credit does not accrue interest.
The promotional credit will be credited as available cash balance in the user’s account once the eligible deposit is validated.
Hapi may reverse the credit if it detects patterns that, in Hapi’s reasonable discretion, constitute abusive use of the promotion, including deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, transaction structuring, or the creation of multiple accounts. The promotional credit is funded by Hapi as a commercial incentive and does not constitute client funds until it is effectively credited.
7) Incentive Credit
The promotional credit will be credited within five (5) business days after successful validation of the deposit.
The credit may be withdrawn subject to:
Final settlement of the associated deposit.
Standard withdrawal processes and internal validations.
If the associated deposit is later canceled, reversed, or subject to chargeback, the credit may be voided.
8) Regulatory Compliance and Communications
Communications related to this campaign are promotional and informational in nature, do not constitute an investment recommendation, and do not guarantee results. The benefit does not imply that investing is appropriate for all users. Participation is subject to compliance with KYC, AML, and anti-fraud controls. Hapi may suspend or cancel the benefit upon reasonable indications of fraud or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
9) Limitation of Liability
Hapi will not be responsible for technical failures, delays attributable to third parties, interruptions in payment providers, or force majeure events affecting the availability of deposit methods during the Promotional Period.
10) Modifications or Cancellation
Hapi may modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for operational, regulatory, security, or force majeure reasons. Modifications will not affect benefits that have already validly qualified under these Terms and Conditions.
11) Data Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Hapi’s current Privacy Policy.
12) Tax Matters
Any tax consequences arising from the benefit will be the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable legislation in their jurisdiction.
13) Jurisdiction and Acceptance
Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Hapi’s applicable general policies. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the promotion is valid.
