1) Campaign purpose
This campaign grants a cashback equal to the fee charged on the user’s first deposit, capped at USD $10, provided the first deposit is at least USD $30 and all eligibility conditions in this document are met. The benefit applies only to confirmed/completed deposits within the validity period.
2) Scope & eligibility
a) Cohort & segmentation: Only new users who have not made any prior deposits and who receive the campaign communication as part of the defined weekly cohort are eligible. Users who were not targeted are not eligible.
b) Operating countries: Valid only in countries where Hapi operates in compliance with local regulations.
c) KYC: Participation requires successful identity verification (KYC) and is subject to AML and anti-fraud controls. Hapi may review and report suspicious activity.
3) Validity
From the communication send date to the eligible user through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025 (local time of the user’s registered country). Deposits initiated or confirmed outside this window do not qualify.
4) Benefit conditions
a) First deposit only: One-time benefit per account, applicable solely to the first deposit.
b) Minimum amount: USD $30. Deposits below the minimum do not qualify.
c) Cashback cap: Up to USD $10 per user, equal to the actual fee charged on that first deposit (if the fee is under USD $10, Hapi returns the fee amount; if above, Hapi returns up to USD $10).
d) Eligible methods: Only fiat deposit methods enabled in the app (e.g., local transfers, cards, or integrated providers). Excludes cryptocurrency deposits and international transfers.
e) Deposit confirmation: The deposit must show as “completed/confirmed” in Hapi’s systems and/or those of payment providers.
f) Cashback crediting time: The cashback will be credited to the user’s Hapi account within up to 5 (five) business days from deposit confirmation.
g) Nature of credit: Cashback is credited in USD as promotional balance in the user’s Hapi account, does not bear interest, and may be subject to applicable tax obligations in the user’s jurisdiction.
5) Restrictions & proper use
a) Personal and non-transferable. Not combinable with other promotions. One (1) benefit per user.
b) Abuse/fraud prohibition: Hapi may verify, suspend, or cancel the benefit if fraud, breach of these T&Cs, or misuse is suspected (e.g., duplicate accounts).
c) Third-party limits: Hapi is not responsible for technical failures, delays, or errors attributable to payment processors, banks, or other third parties.

All communications related to this campaign must be clear, fair, and not misleading, and do not constitute investment advice or a performance guarantee. Promotional materials are subject to Compliance review and approval prior to publication.

7) Changes, suspension, and cancellation
Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign, in whole or in part, at any time to protect users’ interests, due to force majeure, or regulatory requirements.
