Nature of Beta Testing
Experimental Use: The Beta Services are in beta phase, which means they may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
No Guarantee: Features are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
Changes: Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the beta at any time without notice. This includes the revocation of eligibility or the termination of access at any time without prior notice.
Risks and Limitations
Customer Responsibility: The products, features, and services made available through the Beta Services are experimental and may not be suitable for all customers, and may not have been fully tested for all account types, strategies, or investment objectives. Participation in beta testing does not constitute a recommendation or determination of suitability by Hapi Securities. Customers are solely responsible for evaluating whether the use of any beta product or feature is appropriate in light of their individual investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. All trading and investment decisions, and any resulting gains or losses, remain your responsibility.
Market and Product Risks: As part of the Beta Service, you may gain early access to new products, tools, or features that are experimental in nature and may not have been fully tested. These Beta Services may present market risks (including the risk of financial loss due to trading or investment decisions) as well as product risks (including errors, interruptions, delays, or unexpected outcomes associated with new technology). Performance or functionality issues may result in losses. Use of such services for trading or investment decisions carries inherent risks.
Investment Risk: Before making any investment decisions, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions made in your account. If you have questions about whether a particular investment is appropriate for you, you should consult a qualified financial professional. Investing involves risks, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Eligibility Limitations: Access to Beta Services is not guaranteed. Certain products or features may only be made available to customers who meet specific eligibility criteria, which may include account type, experience level, financial profile, or other factors.
Confidentiality & Feedback
Beta testers may be asked to provide feedback (bugs, user experience, suggestions).
By submitting feedback, you grant Hapi a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use it for product improvement.
Beta features may be confidential: testers agree not to disclose screenshots, details, or performance data publicly without Hapi’s permission.
Limitations of Liability
Hapi is not responsible for losses, damages, or errors arising from use of the beta functionality.
Beta testers acknowledge that they use the functionality at their own risk.
Termination of Access
Hapi may revoke beta access at any time for non-compliance, misuse, or compliance reasons.
Participation does not create any entitlement to continued access to features after the Beta Service term ends.

By enrolling in or using the Beta Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Beta Testing Terms & Conditions, in addition to all other applicable account agreements and disclosures provided by Hapi Corp. or its affiliates.
