Why haven't I received my referral reward?

If you haven't received your reward in crypto or USD yet, make sure your friend completed these steps:

  1. Registered using your referral link.

  2. Made a deposit to their account with a minimum of USD 10.

You can verify if your friend used your link in the referrals section, by checking your past invitations. If your friend did not use the link to register, we won't be able to assign the reward.

  • If you registered using a friend's link, you can redeem your reward after making your first deposit.

📌 Also keep in mind that the reward must be claimed within the first 60 days from account approval. If that period has passed, the reward will no longer be available.

Geographic availability

The referral program is not available in Bolivia or Venezuela. In countries with regulatory restrictions for cryptocurrencies, such as Spain, Panama, and Paraguay, the reward is granted in USD (cash) instead of cryptocurrencies. In the event of legal changes related to cryptocurrencies in any country where the program is currently available, it will be suspended without prior notice.

  • For a referral to be valid, the investment must reflect genuine use of the platform.

  • Immediate deposits followed by quick withdrawals may be considered a violation of the referral program rules and potentially suspicious activity, which can result in the cancellation of the benefit for both parties.

  • The reward cannot be withdrawn from your account during the first 120 days from the credit date, and its value may fluctuate during that period.

  • Cryptocurrencies are volatile and involve risk of loss. They are not protected by SIPC or FDIC.

  • Receiving a reward does not constitute an investment recommendation.
