Terms and conditions of the referral program
Cryptocurrency rewards from Hapi Crypto LLC apply to qualified Hapi Crypto LLC ("Hapi") customers who refer a new client and meet the conditions established in the program terms (minimum deposit of USD 10). Rewards will be randomly assigned from Hapi’s cryptocurrency inventory for the program after the referred Hapi account is approved and if claimed within the first 60 days on the platform.
In countries where cryptocurrency services are not available or are restricted, the reward will be granted in USD (cash) credited to the user’s buying power, maintaining the same random allocation logic and probabilities of the program.
The cryptocurrency reward or its USD equivalent will be credited to the registered account within approximately two days after being claimed, although this timeline may change at the discretion of Hapi Crypto LLC, for example, if there are indications of fraud, a violation of these T&Cs, or if it is a weekend or holiday.
Hapi cannot provide information about other people’s accounts or the status of their applications. Additionally, rewards are assigned randomly, limited to one reward per person, and cannot be withdrawn from the Hapi account within the first 120 days, nor can they be transferred to other individuals. The referral program is not available in Venezuela or Bolivia. In countries with regulatory restrictions for cryptocurrencies, such as Spain, Panama, and Paraguay, the benefit will be granted in USD (cash) instead of cryptocurrencies.
Hapi reserves the right not to grant the cryptocurrency reward, or to recover any related benefit, if it determines that the client may have engaged in fraudulent actions or violated these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in connection with the referral program or their Hapi account. Additionally, Hapi Crypto LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the program terms at any time without prior notice. The referral program applies to one account per customer only. Rewards granted cannot be transferred to others. Furthermore, Hapi Crypto LLC’s referral program is designed to encourage users of the platform to share it with others who are genuinely interested in using Hapi as an investment platform, and to encourage referred users to start using the platform for investment purposes. Any attempt to exploit the program for other purposes or to obtain rewards without the intention of using the platform for investing violates our policies and will not be allowed. Hapi also reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to any account found to be engaging or to have engaged in activities that violate these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
It is important to note that neither receiving cryptocurrency or its USD equivalent through this program nor the mention of any specific asset in program communications constitutes an investment recommendation. Hapi is not responsible for any taxes related to this benefit.
