What happens with my stocks if they get delisted from the market

Updated over 6 months ago

At Hapi we have the approval to allow trading of assets that are listed on NYSE and NASDAQ exchange. We are not allowed to approve trading of OTC stocks (over the counter market).

When a stock is involuntarily delisted from the exchanges mentioned above, it can only be traded on the OTC market.

In case a user has a stock that is delisted, Hapi will be able to sell the position with the written approval from the user at the moment that is required, however, it won’t be able to be bought anymore.
