You can disconnect an AI at any time from Settings → Connected AI. The cut-off is immediate: from its next request, the AI can no longer read your account. We send you an email and an “AI disconnected” notification to confirm it.
Step by step
Log in to Hapi on the web: app.hapi.trade.
Go to Settings → Connected AI. There you will see each connected AI with its name and connection date.
Remove the connection you want to disconnect.
📌 Important: for now, the list of connected AIs is only available on the web; the mobile apps do not show it yet.
What happens after 30 days?
Each connection expires 30 days after you authorize it and the AI loses access. We do not send a notice when it expires. If you want to keep using it, connect it again by following the same steps (including the password and code confirmation).
Are there other cases in which it disconnects on its own?
Yes. For your security, Hapi automatically disconnects all your connected AIs if:
You change your password. We notify you by email and notification. You will have to authorize the AI again.
You close all your sessions. We notify you by email and notification. You will have to authorize the AI again.
Your account is blocked, restricted or closed.
In addition, because the feature is in beta, Hapi may withdraw access to the beta at any time, for one customer or for all.
What happens to the data the AI has already received?
When you disconnect, the AI stops reading your account. The information the assistant received before disconnecting remains under the terms and privacy policy of its provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Anysphere), and Hapi cannot delete what has already been sent. If you want to delete it, check your assistant’s history deletion options.
