What emails and notifications do I receive when I connect or disconnect an AI?

Which emails and notifications you receive when an AI connects to or disconnects from your Hapi account, and what to do if you don't recognize a connection.

We notify you every time an AI connects to your account and when it disconnects, whether because you disconnect it or for security reasons. This way you can quickly spot a connection you don’t recognize.

⚠️ I received a notice about a connection I didn’t make

  1. Log in to Hapi on the web (app.hapi.trade) and go to Settings → Connected AI.

  2. Remove the connection you don’t recognize. The cut-off is immediate.

  3. Change your password: this also disconnects all the AIs on your account.

  4. Contact our support team so we can review your account.

📌 Hapi will never ask you by email, chat or phone for the authorization code or your password.
