About account validation and identity verification after the first deposit.

If you have made a first deposit in Hapi and cannot see it in your account, it is likely that you have not completed your identity verification. To complete it, upload your ID and validate your account to access your funds.

Accepted documents (IDs):

  • Identity Card / Cedula

  • Passport

  • Driver's license

  • Foreign Resident Card

Log in to the app and follow the account verification steps or click on the following link.

IMPORTANT: If you have made a deposit but have not completed your identity verification within 30 days, we will proceed to close the account and retain the funds. If you are having trouble verifying your identity, please complete this form so we can help you.
