Terms and Conditions of the Portfolio Transfer Promotion to Hapi

1. Transfer Fee Reimbursement from Another Broker

Hapi will reimburse up to $50 USD for fees or charges applied by another broker when transferring your portfolio to Hapi, only for accounts where the total value transferred exceeds $15,000 USD.

The reimbursement is only valid if the transfer is completed within the first month from the moment the portfolio becomes available in your Hapi account.

To receive the benefit, you must submit a valid and verifiable proof of the fee charged by the original broker.

The reimbursement will be credited directly to your Hapi account and will not be issued in cash.

2. 0% Deposit Fees

During the first month, deposits will be exempt from fees if they meet the following conditions:

  • Minimum deposit amount: $100 USD

  • Maximum deposit amount: $250 USD

  • Valid deposit methods: All deposit methods except credit card

Deposits outside this range or made via credit card do not qualify for this benefit.

3. Free Hapi Prime for 1 Year

Receive 1 year of Hapi Prime for free if you maintain an average monthly balance of at least $1,000 USD.

If your balance falls below the minimum during any month, Hapi may cancel the benefit without prior notice.

4. Account Duration Requirement & Penalty Clause

This promotion does not apply to accounts closed before completing 8 months from the activation of the portfolio in Hapi.

If early closure occurs, a penalty of up to $500 USD may be applied, equivalent to the total value of benefits granted (Hapi Prime, reimbursements, and/or waived fees).

5. Promotion Validity

This campaign is valid from August 16 to October 31, 2025.
Transfers initiated after that date will not be eligible for promotional benefits.

6. Compliance & Legal Provisions

6.1. Identity Verification (KYC)

All participants must successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Hapi may request additional documentation to verify identity, source of funds, or account activity.

6.2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

This promotion is subject to Hapi’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policies.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Hapi may suspend or cancel benefits without prior notice if regulatory noncompliance is detected.

6.3. Fraud Prevention

Misuse or fraudulent use of this promotion is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to receive duplicate benefits

  • Simulated transfers between linked accounts

  • Submitting falsified documentation

Fraud will result in immediate cancellation of the promotion, account closure, and potential legal action.

6.4. Limitation of Liability

Hapi is not responsible for technical failures, third-party delays, or processing errors beyond its control.

Participation in the promotion constitutes express acceptance of this limitation.

7. General Provisions

  • Promotion valid once per user only.

  • Subject to internal validation and compliance with defined criteria.

  • Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

  • All other Hapi policies and general terms of use apply.
