Why does it say my withdrawal failed?
Why does it say my withdrawal failed?
Updated this week

There are two main reasons why a withdrawal may fail:

  1. Insufficient funds: The requested withdrawal amount is greater than what is available in your purchasing power.

  2. Incorrect bank details: Your bank account information is entered incorrectly.

What to do if my withdrawal shows as failed?

If your withdrawal fails, you can log in to your account and update the withdrawal details to ensure it is processed correctly.

IMPORTANT: If after 3 attempts or 15 days from the last data update your withdrawal still fails, the money will be returned to your purchasing power, deducting the withdrawal fee for the management.
