How to withdraw funds?

Withdrawals are made using funds available in the buying power. After selling an asset, you must wait for two days for the trade settlement. On the third day, the funds will be reflected in your buying power and ready for withdrawal. For more information on the settlement period, click here.

Withdrawing to your Bank Account via Local Transfer

  1. Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking 🏦 section.

  2. Select "Transfer to your bank".

  3. Choose the destination country and select the withdrawal option.

  4. Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click continue.

  5. Complete the withdrawal form (may vary depending on the selected option).

🌎 Available countries: Peru, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, USA, Ecuador

💰 Fees: USD 4.99 (no minimum amount) / Ecuador USD 5.00 (minimum USD 25) / Withdrawal in USD from Peru USD 7.99 (no minimum amount)

⏱ Time: 2 to 7 days to reach your bank account.

☝️ IMPORTANT:

  • Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts belonging to the same account holder in Hapi.

  • For transfers within the USA, you must provide the SWIFT number (For Bank of America, the ABA number is necessary).


Withdraw to your Bank Account via International Transfer

  1. Log in to Hapi and navigate to the Banking 🏦 section.

  2. Select "Transfer to your bank."

  3. Choose the destination country and select "International Transfer."

  4. Complete the form with your banking information.

🌎 Available countries: all

💰 Fees: USD 10 (Minimum withdrawal amount USD 35)

⏱ Time: 2 to 7 days to reach your bank account.

☝️ IMPORTANT:

  • Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts belonging to the same account holder in Hapi.

  • You must verify with your bank if they allow receiving money from abroad and if they charge any additional commission for this service.

  • The exchange rate, if your account is in another currency, will depend on your bank.


Withdraw to your AIRTM account

  1. Log in to Hapi and navigate to the Banking 🏦 section

  2. Select "Transfer to your bank."

  3. Choose the destination country and select "Airtm.

  4. Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click continue.

  5. Complete the form with your AIRTM account information.

🌎 Available countries: Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Dominican Republic & Spain.

💰 Fees: USD 4.99 (No minimum withdrawal amount)

⏱ Times: 1 to 5 days to reach your AIRTM account.

☝️ IMPORTANT:

  • You must have a registered account with AIRTM. This account must belong to the same account holder in Hapi.


Withdraw Cryptocurrencies

Before your withdrawal, we conduct a security review. Approval takes 3-6 hours and is valid for 24 hours. One (1) withdrawal per approval is allowed with a maximum of USD 3,000 per withdrawal.

Request a withdrawal

  1. Log in to Hapi and navigate to theBanking 🏦 section

  2. Select "Transfer cryptocurrencies."

  3. Choose the cryptocurrency and click "Request approval."

☝️You must have the cryptos in your portfolio before submitting your request.

Complete a withdrawal

  1. Once approved, log in to Hapi and access the Banking 🏦 section

  2. Select "Transfer cryptocurrencies."

  3. Choose the cryptocurrency and click "Initiate Withdrawal."

  4. Enter the wallet address and the amount.

🌎 Available countries: Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Uruguay, Chile, Dominican Republic, & Spain.

💰 Costs: Network fee (gas fee). Hapi has no control over this fee, and you can see an estimate before processing your withdrawal.

⏱ Times: 60-120 minutes (varies depending on the amount and network).

☝️ IMPORTANT:

  • Prizes received in Hapi can be withdrawn after 120 days.

  • Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Make sure to input the destination address correctly.
