Withdrawing to your Bank Account via Local Transfer
Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking 🏦 section.
Select "Transfer to your bank".
Choose the destination country and select the withdrawal option.
Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click continue.
Complete the withdrawal form (may vary depending on the selected option).

Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts belonging to the same account holder in Hapi.
For transfers within the USA, you must provide the SWIFT number (For Bank of America, the ABA number is necessary).
Withdraw to your Bank Account via International Transfer
Log in to Hapi and navigate to the Banking 🏦 section.
Select "Transfer to your bank."
Choose the destination country and select "International Transfer."
Complete the form with your banking information.

⏱ Time: 2 to 5 days to reach your bank account. Venezuela: 7 to 14 days.
☝️ IMPORTANT:
Withdrawals are only allowed to accounts under the same name as your Hapi account.
The personal information used for the transfer (name, surname, etc.) will be the one registered in your Hapi account. Make sure it's correct before submitting the withdrawal request.
You must check with your bank if it accepts international transfers and whether it charges any additional fees for this service.
The exchange rate, in case your account is in another currency, will depend on your bank.
If you entered incorrect bank details, your transfer may be rejected by the bank or sent incorrectly. In these cases, a USD 30 Return Wire fee applies, which you are responsible for covering.
Withdraw to your AIRTM account
Log in to Hapi and navigate to the Banking 🏦 section
Select "Transfer to your bank."
Choose the destination country and select "Airtm.
Enter the amount in USD you wish to withdraw and click continue.
Complete the form with your AIRTM account information.

⏱ Times: 1 to 5 days to reach your AIRTM account.

You must have a registered account with AIRTM. This account must belong to the same account holder in Hapi.
Withdraw cryptocurrency
☝️ Crypto deposits and withdrawals are not available in Spain, Paraguay, Panama, Venezuela, and Bolivia. In every other country where Hapi operates, you can withdraw crypto.
Making a withdrawal
Log in to Hapi and go to the Transfers section
Select "Transfer cryptocurrency"
Select "Withdrawals"
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw
Choose the network the transfer will use
Enter the amount and the destination wallet address.
Complete the biometric verification and you're done! Your crypto will be on its way.
☝️ Confirm that the network and cryptocurrency exactly match what the destination wallet accepts before sending — if they don't match, your funds may be permanently lost.
Important:
You must already hold the cryptocurrency in your portfolio before submitting your request.
For security purposes, in certain cases Hapi may ask you for a source-of-funds validation and security questions before completing the withdrawal. If this happens, we'll let you know directly by email.
The maximum amount per withdrawal is USD 3,000 per withdrawal.
🕐 Available hours: Monday 8:00 a.m. to Friday 8:00 p.m. Outside these hours, you won't be able to start a crypto withdrawal.
💰 Cost: Network fee (gas fee). Hapi has no control over this fee, and you'll see an estimate before processing your withdrawal.
⏱ Timing: 60–120 minutes (estimated, may vary depending on the amount and the network).
☝️ IMPORTANT:
Crypto rewards received on Hapi as part of the referral program only become available for withdrawal 120 days after the day they're credited to your account.
Cryptocurrency transfers are final; once a transaction is requested, there's no going back and it cannot be reversed. Make sure to enter the destination address without errors. Any discrepancy in the address or network may result in the permanent loss of those coins.
