At Hapi, we offer you the option to manage cryptocurrencies quickly, securely, and easily. Below, you'll find all the information you need to make cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals on our platform.
Cryptocurrency Deposits
You can transfer cryptocurrencies from other wallets or exchanges directly to your Hapi account. Follow these steps to make a deposit:
Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking 🏦 section.
Select the "Transfer Cryptocurrencies" option.
Choose "Deposits" and select the cryptocurrency you want to transfer.
Copy or scan your Hapi wallet address.
Log in to your crypto wallet or exchange and transfer the cryptocurrencies using the Hapi address and the compatible network.
⏱ Estimated time: Between 5 and 120 minutes, depending on the amount and the network used.
⚠️ Important:
Ensure you send cryptocurrencies using the same compatible network. An error in the network can result in the loss of funds.
Cryptocurrency deposits are not available for users in Bolivia, Paraguay, and Panama.
Cryptocurrency Withdrawals
Withdrawing your cryptocurrencies from Hapi is just as easy. However, note that each request undergoes a security review before approval.
How to Request a Withdrawal:
Log in to Hapi and go to the Banking 🏦 section.
Select "Transfer Cryptocurrencies."
Choose the cryptocurrency and click on "Request Approval."
☝️ Conditions:
The security review takes between 2 and 5 hours.
Approval is valid for 24 hours.
One withdrawal is allowed per approval, with a maximum of $3,000 USD per transaction.
How to Complete the Withdrawal:
Once your request is approved, return to the Banking 🏦 section.
Select "Transfer Cryptocurrencies" and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
Click on "Initiate Withdrawal" and enter:
The destination wallet address.
The amount you want to withdraw.
⏱ Estimated time: Between 5 and 120 minutes, depending on the amount and the network used.
💰 Cost: A network fee (gas fee) will apply, determined by the cryptocurrency's network. You’ll see an estimate before confirming the transaction.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are not available for users in Bolivia, Paraguay, and Panama.
Cryptocurrencies Available for Transfers and Trading on Hapi
At Hapi, we offer a variety of cryptocurrencies available for both transfers (deposits and withdrawals) and trading. Below is the list of cryptocurrencies enabled for these functions:
BTC (Bitcoin)
LTC (Litecoin)
BCH (Bitcoin Cash)
SHIB (Shiba Inu - Ethereum ERC20)
USDC (USD Coin - Ethereum ERC20)
ETH (Ethereum - ERC20)
⚠️ Important Notes on Withdrawals:
Rewards and Bonuses: Cryptocurrency rewards received as part of promotional programs will be available for withdrawal after 120 days.
Final Transfers: Once the transfer is processed, it cannot be reversed. Make sure to enter the destination wallet address correctly.
Transfer Fees: Every cryptocurrency transaction includes a network fee (gas fee). Hapi has no control over this fee, as it depends on the network conditions (number of coins and transaction volume at that time).
Transfer Security: Always verify that the destination wallet address is compatible with the network used. Errors in the address or network can result in the irreversible loss of funds.
