If your account has been partially restricted due to a full inbox or verification issues, don’t worry — you can reactivate it in just a few steps directly from the app.
Steps to Reactivate Your Account
Open the Hapi app and log in.
Tap the verification banner at the top of the screen.
Select "Verify your account".
Enter the OTP code sent to your email or use your Passkey (if enabled).
Done! Your account will be reactivated.
Important Notes
Inbox space: Make sure your email inbox has enough space to receive new messages.
Want to update your email? You can use this process to change your email address if needed.
Email updates are limited: You can only change your email once every 30 days.
