If you need to change your contact details like your email address or phone number, you can easily do it from the Hapi app. Make sure you have access to your account and follow these steps.
Steps to update your information
Log in to your Hapi account.
Go to Settings > Account Settings.
Select the Account Information option.
Tap on the contact detail you want to modify (email or phone number).
Enter the new information and follow the verification steps as prompted.
Important considerations
Email changes: You can only change your email address once every 30 days, so make sure the new one is correct.
Verification: In some cases, you'll be asked to enter an OTP code or use your Passkey to confirm the change.
Privacy and security: All updates are handled under strict security and confidentiality standards.
