Why hasn't my account been approved in Hapi?

Sometimes we may need some additional information in order to verify your account.

At Hapi, we take the safety and security of our community seriously.

When someone registers an account in Hapi, we need to review their request to ensure that all information is correct and complies with industry regulations. After the first deposit, an additional verification will be requested with a photo of an identification document.

Most requests are processed immediately, but sometimes our system requires more information and additional documentation. This process can take between 1 to 10 business days.

I feel like my application has been pending or verifying for too long- what can I do?

If you ever feel that your request is taking too long, please check your inbox for an email from 'Hapi Support' or any documentation requests. If we ask for information, please respond to the request, and we will review your information as soon as possible.
