1) Purpose of the Giveaway
Hapi will conduct a promotional giveaway among selected users who complete a survey solely for research and product improvement purposes.
The survey and giveaway are not intended for commercial, advertising, or securities sales purposes, and do not constitute investment advice nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.
2) Prize
The prize consists of USD 100 (one hundred US dollars), which will be credited as buying power to the winning user’s Hapi account.
The prize does not constitute interest, yield, profitability, or investment return.
The prize is not conditional on making deposits, investments, trades, or maintaining a minimum balance.
3) Validity Period
The survey may be completed through Tuesday, January 14, 2026 (inclusive).
The giveaway will be conducted on Wednesday, January 15, 2026, among all eligible participants who completed the survey within the stated period.
4) Eligibility
Only users who meet all of the following conditions may participate:
Have a registered and active Hapi account.
Have not made any prior deposits into Hapi.
At least 30 days have elapsed since the account registration date.
Have received a valid invitation to complete the survey and have completed it in full within the established timeframe.
The promotion is valid only in countries where Hapi operates, void where prohibited by law, and subject to applicable local regulations.
Participation is subject to Hapi’s KYC, AML, and anti-fraud controls.
5) Winner Selection
Among all eligible participants who complete the survey, Hapi will randomly select one (1) winner.
Eligibility determination, validation, and winner selection will be final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6) Winner Notification
The winner will be notified on January 15, 2026, the same day the giveaway is conducted, via:
Email and/or
WhatsApp message
using the contact details associated with the winner’s Hapi account.
7) Confirmation, Credit, and Prize Reassignment
The winner must confirm receipt of the winning notification within one (1) business day from the time the notification is sent.
Upon confirmation, the prize will be credited on January 15, 2026 as buying power in the winner’s Hapi account.
If the winner fails to confirm within the specified timeframe, Hapi will reassign the prize to a new winner, selected under the same criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
8) Prize Conditions
The prize is personal and non-transferable.
It cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
The credited amount may be subject to internal account controls and may not be immediately withdrawable, in accordance with applicable operational and regulatory policies.
Any tax consequences arising from the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winning user.
9) Use of Personal Information
The email address and other information requested in the survey will be used exclusively to:
Verify participation, and
Contact the giveaway winner.
Such information will not be used for additional promotional or commercial purposes not previously disclosed by Hapi during the registration process, without prejudice to Hapi’s general privacy policies.
10) Regulatory Compliance
Participation in the giveaway does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold securities.
Where applicable, brokerage services are provided by Hapi Securities, LLC (a FINRA and SIPC member), and custody services are provided by Apex Clearing Corporation (SEC-registered broker-dealer, FINRA and SIPC member).
Investing involves risks, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11) Limitation of Liability
Hapi shall not be responsible for technical failures, communication errors, delays attributable to third parties, connectivity issues, or the inability to contact the winner due to causes beyond its control.
12) Modifications, Suspension, or Cancellation
Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time, for operational, security, regulatory, or force majeure reasons.
13) Jurisdiction and Acceptance
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Hapi’s general policies.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where the promotion is valid.
