Campaign Period
The “Galentine’s Trade” campaign will be valid only on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 8:30 AM (PET / UTC-5) until 11:59 PM (PET / UTC-5).
Any participation outside this timeframe will not be considered valid.
Benefits will be assigned and credited within a maximum period of three (3) business days after the campaign ends.
1. Participation Mechanics
The campaign is directed to Hapi users of legal age, with an active and eligible account, subject to the limitations described in these Terms and Conditions.
To participate, the user (the “Participant”) must complete all of the following steps during the campaign period:
Execute at least one (1) trade within the Hapi app on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Share a screenshot or reference of the completed trade on their Instagram stories.
Keep their Instagram account public during the campaign day.
Each Participant may register only one (1) entry during the campaign period.
2. Limited Stock
The campaign has a limited stock of ninety-one (91) promotional benefits.
Benefits will be granted exclusively to the first ninety-one (91) Participants who correctly complete the participation mechanics and whose entries are validly verified.
Once the limit of ninety-one (91) benefits is reached, the campaign will automatically end, even if still within the official timeframe.
3. Benefits and Rewards
Each eligible Participant will receive a non-monetary promotional benefit, randomly assigned according to a predefined distribution and automatically applied within the Hapi platform.
The benefit will consist of one of the following combinations:
Combo 1 (54 benefits available – 54/91 ≈ 59%)
2 shares of JETS ETF
2 shares of GOAU ETF
Approximate reference value: USD $20.60
Combo 2 (22 benefits available – 22/91 ≈ 24%)
1 share of HIVE Technologies
1 share of SEA
Approximate reference value: USD $23.19
Combo 3 (15 benefits available – 15/91 ≈ 16%)
1 share of WAR
Approximate reference value: USD $25.08
Values are approximate based on reference closing prices at the time the campaign was structured and may vary depending on market conditions at the time of assignment.
Nature of the Benefit
For clarity:
The benefit does not constitute cash, is not withdrawable, and is not transferable.
The benefit consists exclusively of direct asset allocation within the Hapi platform.
Randomness determines only which combo is assigned, not whether the Participant receives the benefit.
The assigned assets do not constitute a recommendation, promotion, endorsement, or offer of any security.
Hapi Securities, LLC does not evaluate whether the assigned assets are suitable for the Participant.
References to JETS, GOAU, HIVE Technologies, SEA, and WAR are made strictly for transparency purposes and do not imply investment recommendations.
4. Assignment Methodology
The benefit will be assigned through a simple random selection mechanism, based on a fixed distribution corresponding to the total number of benefits available (91):
54 benefits assigned to Combo 1
22 benefits assigned to Combo 2
15 benefits assigned to Combo 3
The process is automatic, uniform, and non-discretionary.
Participants cannot choose the combo.
5. Post-Assignment Restrictions
Assets received through the promotional benefit may not be sold or liquidated for a minimum period of one (1) business day from the effective assignment date.
Hapi may reverse, cancel, or liquidate the assigned benefit in cases of:
Reversal or cancellation of the original deposit.
Failure to comply with campaign requirements.
Detection of fraudulent or abusive activity.
Operational, technical, or regulatory errors.
6. General Restrictions
Only the first ninety-one (91) eligible Participants will receive the benefit.
No additional availability is guaranteed once stock is exhausted.
Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
Fake or automated accounts will be disqualified.
Employees, affiliates, influencers, contractors, and commercial partners of Hapi are not eligible.
7. Use of Name and Public Image
By participating, the Participant authorizes Hapi to use their username and participation status for communication and promotional purposes on official brand channels.
No financial or sensitive personal information will be shared.
8. Legal and Compliance Aspects
This campaign does not constitute an offer, recommendation, or investment advice.
The campaign does not promote or incentivize the purchase of securities.
Participation is subject to Hapi’s Privacy Policy, Customer Agreement, and other applicable legal documents.
Hapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for operational, regulatory, or force majeure reasons.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where Hapi operates.
10. Acceptance
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation is void where prohibited by law.
