Hapi Prime is a paid membership with a USD 9.99 monthly subscription that includes real-time prices, unlimited price alerts, reduced per-trade fees, and same-day access to sale proceeds in cash accounts. Visit Hapi Prime for more details.
What benefits do I have with a Hapi Prime subscription?
1. Use your sale proceeds the same day (cash accounts). You can use the funds from a sale to buy another asset the same day, without waiting for the T+1 settlement period. Withdrawing those funds remains available only once settlement is complete (see “Locked Assets” below).
2. Unlimited price alerts. Set notifications for when a stock you follow reaches the price you chose. No limit on active alerts.
3. Real-time prices. View stock prices in real time, instead of the 15-minute delayed prices on standard accounts.
Market data is provided by third parties. Hapi and these providers do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or continuity of the data.
4. Reduced per-trade fees. With Prime you pay a lower closing cost per trade (see table) and reduced crypto fees at certain volume tiers.
5. No inactivity fee. Prime accounts do not pay the USD 4.99 fee that may apply to non-Prime accounts with less than USD 100 in assets that do not log into the app or web for 60 days or more. See full conditions below.
Note: Funds from a sale are still in the settlement process. You can use them to buy the same day, but withdrawal is available only once settlement completes. These rules reflect the standard settlement cycle and do not change the risk of your investments.
📌 Example:
If you sell XYZ shares on Monday, you can use that money to buy another asset immediately, but you cannot withdraw it until Tuesday.

How does Prime differ by account type? (cash vs. margin)
Topic | Cash account | Margin account |
T+1 settlement | Applies: money from a sale takes 1 business day to settle and become available to withdraw | Does not apply: you can use sale funds immediately, without waiting for settlement |
Reuse sale funds the same day | Only with Prime (to buy, not to withdraw until it settles) | Yes, always — sale funds are immediately available to reinvest |
Margin accounts: Involve borrowing funds (an extension of credit), may incur interest, and carry additional risks, including the possible liquidation of your securities by the firm. Subject to Federal Reserve Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210. Review the margin risk disclosure before trading on margin.
How much does it cost?
Monthly plan: USD 9.99, charged every 30 calendar days from your registration date, directly from the funds available in your Hapi account.
Annual plan: see the current price at Hapi Prime
Billing and management
If there are not enough funds at renewal, the subscription is automatically canceled and you receive notice by email and push.
The subscription is managed from your account settings (app or web).
Auto-renewal is on by default; you can turn it off whenever you want.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings in the app or on the web.
What are Locked Assets? (cash accounts only)
If you use funds from a sale with Hapi Prime to buy a new asset the same day, that asset cannot be sold that same day: it will appear in Locked Assets until the next business day. This also applies to crypto purchases.
Example: You sell TSLA on Tuesday, receive the funds, and buy AMZN that same Tuesday. The AMZN share cannot be sold on Tuesday — it stays in locked assets until Wednesday.
