What is the billing process for Hapi Prime subscriptions?
The subscription to Hapi Prime costs USD 9.90 per month and will be charged every 30 calendar days from the registration date, directly from the available funds in your Hapi account. If you do not have enough funds in your account, you will need to add funds to make the purchase.
Prime members will receive monthly billing receipts via email. Receipts will be annual if opting for the annual subscription.

What are Pending Assets?
If you use the money from a sale with Hapi Prime to buy a new asset on the same day, the purchased asset cannot be sold that same day, so it will appear under "Pending Assets" until the next business day. *Applies to crypto purchases as well.
Example: If on Monday you bought a TSLA stock and sold it on Tuesday, you will receive the funds from the sale on the same Tuesday and can use them to buy an AMZN stock that day. However, the AMZN stock cannot be sold on Tuesday and will remain under pending assets until Wednesday.
