Description of Service
Hapi Prime is a paid membership that offers additional benefits within the Hapi app, including:
Real-time stock prices
Unlimited price alerts
Reduced settlement fees per trade on stocks and cryptocurrencies (additional regulatory fees may apply; see Fee Schedule)
Same-day use of sale proceeds to reinvest (cash accounts) (securities purchased with unsettled funds will be restricted until T+1 settlement is complete)
Exemption from the inactivity fee
Hapi Prime does not constitute a financial, investment, tax, or legal advisory service.
Terms and Conditions
1. Subscription and Billing
Price: USD 9.99 per month
Billing cycle: The subscription renews automatically every 30 calendar days from the activation date
Charge: The fee is charged directly from the available funds in your Hapi account. If the subscription is managed through the Apple App Store, the charge is made through your Apple ID account
Confirmation: You will receive a payment receipt by email each billing cycle
2. Automatic Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you manage your subscription through Apple, you can do so from:

3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from:
The Settings section within the Hapi app or web
Settings > Subscriptions on your iOS device (if purchased through Apple)
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in the period.
4. Refund Policy
Subscriptions managed through Apple are subject to Apple's Refund Policy. To request a refund for App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
For subscriptions managed directly by Hapi, contact our support team from the app.
5. Changes to Price or Benefits
Hapi reserves the right to modify the price or benefits of Hapi Prime. In the event of changes, reasonable advance notice will be provided. Continued use of the membership after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
6. Eligibility Requirements
To access Hapi Prime you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Have an active and eligible Hapi account
Meet the identity verification requirements (KYC)
Be located in a jurisdiction where Hapi legally operates
7. Service Limitations
Hapi Prime benefits apply exclusively within the Hapi ecosystem
Same-day use of sale proceeds applies only to cash accounts; securities purchased with those funds will be restricted until T+1 settlement is complete
Real-time prices come from third-party providers; Hapi does not guarantee their accuracy, continuity, or timeliness
Reduced settlement fees apply based on the type of transaction; additional regulatory fees may apply (including SEC and TAF charges). See Fee Schedule at [link]
8. Third-Party Services
Brokerage services for stocks and ETFs are provided by Hapi Securities LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC. SIPC protects customers up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash claims). SIPC protection does not cover market losses. More information at www.sipc.org.
Cryptocurrency services are provided by Hapi Crypto, LLC and Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC. Cryptocurrencies are not covered by SIPC or the FDIC. Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and involve the risk of total loss of capital.
9. Investment Risks
Investing involves risks, including the possible loss of invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hapi Prime does not guarantee returns or investment outcomes.
10. Modification and Suspension
Hapi may modify, suspend, or discontinue Hapi Prime for operational, regulatory, or security reasons, with prior notice when possible.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law. Brokerage services are subject to FINRA, SEC, and other applicable regulatory rules.
Privacy Policy
12. Information We Collect
To manage your Hapi Prime subscription, we may collect and process:
Account data: name, email address, country of residence, and identity verification information (KYC)
Payment data: information necessary to process subscription charges (managed by Apple or directly by Hapi depending on the purchase method)
Usage data: transaction history, in-app activity, configured alerts, and preferences
Technical data: device type, operating system version, session identifiers, and error logs
13. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Activate, manage, and renew your Hapi Prime subscription
Process charges and issue payment receipts
Personalize your in-app experience
Send you notifications related to your account and subscription
Comply with regulatory obligations, including AML and KYC
Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity
14. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
Service providers: third parties that help us operate the platform (payment processors, custodians, market data providers)
Regulatory authorities: when required by law or by competent authorities
Apex Clearing Corporation: custodian of securities accounts
Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC: for cryptocurrency operations
Apple Inc.: in the context of subscriptions managed through the App Store
All providers are subject to contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.
15. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for the additional period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
16. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and security monitoring.
No security system can guarantee complete protection against all incidents. We recommend keeping your password secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
17. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
Withdraw your consent for certain uses of your data

18. Minors
Hapi Prime is not available to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
19. Apple-Managed Subscriptions
If you purchased Hapi Prime through the Apple App Store, the processing of your payment is additionally subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Hapi does not have access to payment data processed directly by Apple.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of relevant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Hapi Prime after notification implies acceptance of the updated policy.
