Description of Service

Hapi Prime is a paid membership that offers additional benefits within the Hapi app, including:

  • Real-time stock prices

  • Unlimited price alerts

  • Reduced settlement fees per trade on stocks and cryptocurrencies (additional regulatory fees may apply; see Fee Schedule)

  • Use of sale proceeds the same day to reinvest (cash accounts) (securities purchased with unsettled funds will be restricted until T+1 settlement completes)

  • Inactivity-fee waiver

Hapi Prime does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advisory services.


1. Information We Collect

To manage your Hapi Prime subscription, we may collect and process:

  • Account data: name, email, country of residence, and identity verification (KYC) information.

  • Payment data: for subscriptions managed through Apple, payment processing is handled directly by Apple — Hapi does not store card data. For subscriptions managed by Hapi, funds from your brokerage account are used.

  • Usage data: trading history, in-app activity, configured alerts, and preferences.

  • Technical data: device type, operating system version, session identifiers, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Activate, manage, and renew your Hapi Prime subscription.

  • Process charges and issue payment receipts.

  • Personalize your experience within the app.

  • Send you notifications related to your account and subscription.

  • Comply with regulatory obligations, including AML and KYC.

  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Sharing of Information

Hapi does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

We may share it with:

  • Service providers: third parties that help us operate the platform (payment processors, custodians, market-data providers).

  • Regulatory entities: when required by law or by competent authorities.

  • Apex Clearing Corporation: custodian of securities accounts.

  • Bakkt Crypto Solutions, LLC: for cryptocurrency transactions.

  • Apple Inc.: in the context of subscriptions managed through the App Store.

All providers are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for the additional period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and security monitoring.

No security system can guarantee complete protection against all incidents. We recommend keeping your password secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

We may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to operate the platform, analyze service usage, and improve the user experience. We do not use this data for third-party targeted advertising.

7. Minors

The rights available depend on the applicable law in your jurisdiction. Under applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).

  • Withdraw your consent for certain uses of your data.

8. Apple-Managed Subscriptions

Hapi Prime is not available to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

If you purchased Hapi Prime through the Apple App Store, the processing of your payment is additionally subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Hapi does not have access to payment data processed directly by Apple.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of relevant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Hapi Prime after notice implies acceptance of the updated policy.
