What are the benefits of card deposits?
Card deposits offer you flexibility, speed, and greater convenience so you can start investing. Plus, you can use your card to:
Make a one-time deposit.
See your deposit reflected in up to 15 minutes (or up to 1 business day if it goes through a security review).
How to use your card to deposit on Hapi?
It's super easy:
Click on "Transfer to Hapi"
Select your country and choose "Credit or Debit Card"
Set the amount you wish to deposit.
Choose your document type and enter the number.
Enter your card details.
And that's it! You can now start investing.
What is the fee and how long does it take to complete?
Card deposits have a fee of 3.85% of the deposit amount, with a minimum fee of USD 2.99.
📝 Examples:
If you wish to deposit USD 100 with this method, the fee will be USD 3.85.
If you wish to deposit USD 50 with this method, the fee will be USD 2.99.
💡 Important: This deposit method can take up to 15 minutes to be reflected. If your deposit goes through a security review, it can take up to 1 business day. Deposits made on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed starting the next business day (see holidays). If this is your first deposit, the time starts counting from when you validate your identity. If more than one business day has passed and you don't see the full deposit, you can contact our support team for assistance.
Important Considerations for Your Security
We want to protect you and your funds. Therefore, please note that:
We ONLY accept cards in your name.
The card must be issued in countries where Hapi operates.
We will validate that the card belongs to the same owner as your Hapi account.
Additional fees may apply from your bank, depending on your financial institution and country. We recommend checking with them for more details.
If you use a credit card, your bank may treat the deposit as a cash advance and charge you interest or additional fees. Keep in mind that investing with borrowed money increases your risk.
Card deposits are NOT available in:

Jamaica
